RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are FINAL.

We DO NOT issue refunds for lost packages. If your package is lost, please contact your local post office and file a claim.

However, if you received an incorrect or damaged item we will gladly offer store credit. 


To be eligible for store credit, you must send proof of incorrect or damaged item to help@crispycrystals.com within 48 hours of the delivery date. Please include your order number on the subject line when drafting your email.

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 5 processing days before shipment. As our products are fragile, we take extra time to ensure your package is wrapped with care.

U.S. orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and international shipments are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). If you would like to request another shipment method, please contact us at help@crispycrystals.com. You will be responsible for extra postal costs if requested. All international customers are responsible for paying any duty or custom fees.

Tracking numbers are sent via email once package is sent out.
